You could do that but you may experience extreme headaches. Diet Coke is high in caffeine and that is what usually causes major headaches when stopping cold turkey. Good luck though. I was drinking alcohol daily prior to my Water Fast and haven't had and since beginning, nor have I had major cravings for it.
