I need a little advice as I believe I suffer from anxiety though I haven't been diagnosed, I just suppose I do. I really have grown to hate my job. I spend so much time there thinking how I really hate it, am burned out with the type of work I do and can't go on much longer.

I've been with this particular company since 2004. I transferred to another state thru the company to go to a cheap university and finish my degree. I haven't started school yet. My thing is, I have to come to work early everyday and usually the last to leave.

They are making me pick up other ppls slack Mon. -Fri. I'm overwhelmed with work and yet I have to do other ppls work because they move so slow where I work and love to chit chat.
Supervisor is real nice and just taps ppl on the hands. To top it off the leads I work with love to dump crappy assignments off on me because no one else wants to do it. I'm also just so burned out from doing this type of work since 1999 (when I started this at another company.)

Plus when I transferred here I realized I don't like the weather here. Too blistering hot in the summer and too cold in the winter and too many hailstorms tearing up your car. I have been thinking about either putting in another transfer to somewhere else or going to a new company altogether.

I'm considering Florida or Houston, where it's warm and near the water. Only problem is, since I've been with my company xy amt of years, I will not start at a new company with what I'm making, and would probably have to take a pay cut. Florida right now appears to be in some recession, and it's really where my heart is at. I used to live in Dallas eons ago, so I know TX's economy is not that bad. I'm getting older and I really need to finish my degree. I thought the place I'm at, I would be able to do a double major with little to no student loans because the tuition is so cheap, but I can't go on like this.
