Hi guys,

I'm 32 hrs into my dry fast and have experienced weakness, fatigue, dizzyness, really foul breathe, coated tongue, poor sleep and, from 24hrs on, a slightly worsening headache.

In this time I have experienced no thirst. Just wondering if I'm dehydrated and should swoop into a Water Fast or if I should wait till I am thirsty before doing so. As I said I am not thirsty at all.
