And I would go to eftuniverse, Gary Craig's site for EFT, look on the lefthand menu and see the link to learn eft. They will email you a free manual, and you will be on your way to being able to cut through your fear, and so much more. This is a simple DIY tool you will come to value greatly .I believe it will be a big help to you. Please do, go and ask for the manual, and read and start using EFT.
