EFT is the best, for assisting with the layers of toxicity that come up; emotional, physical, mental...All the little dips and troughs.

A lot of the emotional is the liver being worked on. Anyway, google eftuniverse--that's Gary Craig's, the founder's site, and from there, from the left menu you can get the manual via email, free. It's not complicated, but good to learn this way; once you learn it, you WILL appreciate that it works; you'll use it on "everything", and want to share it with others, too.
