Mmmmmm....back.

Got the wisdoms out and the second molars too, 5 months later. Has really helped A LOT. I highly recommend it.

Still having issues with skin rash/ Acne and swollen lymph nodes in jaw/neck/throat. The fatigue that never ends.

Been working a very demanding job all year. Finally going on a holiday to Thailand, home of the drinking coconut. Plan to drink coconuts every day and get lots of massages. Doing a recon for some sort of detox/health retreat in Thailand that I can use for coconut fasting. If the perfect place doesn't exist, then I'm just going to create my own.

Thermal springs and volcanic mud baths feels really appealing right now.

Volcanic coconuts. Now wouldn't that be nice.
