anyone taking 8 or 8+ lower bowel balance capsules daily should have no problems.......people who do enemas/ colonics, laxatives are the people that have colon problems and they need to restore their intestines back to where they are working before they do liver flushing, fasting, etc. or they can fall backwards to continue doing enemas.

the goal would be to never need the enema/colonics ever again in life. first step would be 9 months of 8 lbb daily along with as many other herbs as desired, such as kidney cleanse, heart drops, women's wellness, mens wellness, iodine pica minerals, de-worming, etc., etc., etc...
