Hello, Thank you for your response. I did test low on vitamin D the last two years. I was taking 1000-3000iu vitamin d3 a day for several months and still tested low so now I am taking 8000. I just started taking astragalus 1 teaspoon per day root powder. I am thinking about taking 6 capsules of cayenne per day. I am currently trying vaginal garlic suppositories but after the third day have started bleeding? I had no pain during the suppositories though so I am not sure why the bleeding.

If anyone knows how to proceed with vaginal ozone application please let me know. What do you think about applying ozonized olive oil vaginally daily? My doctor recommends this.
