I do a orange juice fast every 1/1 of each year, can last from 14-45+ days, all depends on how I feel.

"I" believe it is possible to discover a supplement that would be a total diet and that daily supplement amount to about an ounce of proper food. It is already known that 11 ounces of any properly chewed food is enough for perfect health; but I believe that can be taken down to an ounce "IF" the supplement covered every possible need of the human body.....

Naturally I find myself never putting forth the efforts to succeed, by the time I am done each day, the day has passed and I just never seem to create the time needed to further such experiments..

THE NICE thing about orange juice fasting is once the fast has kicked into high gear, I get drifting thoughts passing through by the hundreds;;;;;all ideas how such things could be achieved and a few i will stop and write down, while most just keep haunting me until one day I do what I was thinking about.

I KNOW you can't advance until each step has been achieved and I have the same problem almost all people have; the lack of $$$$$$$ that KEEPS me working and not the time or $$$$ to full fill the dreams...dreams that come while fasting...

I know why our bellies are full of food, we humans are stupid, dumbed down creatures and when fasting, we have 80% more blood to the brain, which opens up new ideas and better ways.

I am 99% sure that back in the beginning of each new earth cycle, all mammals live on air alone and due to the radiation from the sun, life deteriorates each day for thousands of years until humans start eating humans......and eventually the earth is cleansed and life starts all over again.

EVERY thing about human health, point at a breath-air-ian creation...when the lamb could sleep with the lion with no fear..
