It really is impossible for me to tell because I'm doing both persistently.

I definitely think and felt there was an infection because of the rapid spread, deterioration the pain and all the white shit on my lips.

I feel both have helped. My skin is usually pretty sensetive and steroids have made any skin conditions have had worse in the past, but it seems to take well to the desonide.

My gut tells me the Keflex is probably doing a bit more for me though... but as I said, impossible to tell.
