I hyave read a lot of anecdotal accounts of tumors and abcesses being autolyzed, but have never heard a personal testimony. That makes me wonder if this is a rare thing because most people do not lose enough adipose tissue to stop ketosis for fuel and turn to autolysis to nourish the body.
