Things are getting exciting for me. In just a few hours I will begin a Christmas Day, 24-hour Dry Fast. This one will be different than my Thanksgiving Day Dry Fast, in that the refeeding will be Healthy....A Green Smoothie consisting of Kale, Carrots, Broccoli, Tomatoes, Celery, Brussel Sprouts, Water, and a few other things...all prepared in my Vitamix Blender......WY
