Actually I didn't get sick suddenly, it took around 3 years. My symptoms started to develop slowly, I noticed my eyes are getting more dry each year. My body temp dropped slowly too and so on.

I have had many anti-biotic courses since I was little, around 30 of them. But I haven't used any since I started supplementing my diet, except last year when I had a major shoulder surgery.

I consume a lot of sugar, carbs, junkfood and red meat. But I have been doing that since 2000. I only got very sick when I got to this room, and also replaceming Amalgam fillings with proper procedures. I'm loaded on Mercury too :(
