You don't need to juice fast, just adopt a temporarily vegan diet to cleanse yourself of the toxic build-up in your liver and kidneys and where ever else.

I just happened to juice first, partly from seeing the juicing documentary Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead, and it happened to work very quickly for me. Maybe just eating vegan will be just as quick, I just happened to do it the way I did it.
