I'm doing as much liver stuff as I can I have to order a few things. I've pretty much lost my mind already. Going back on benzos before I off myself.

What do you mean by limiting diet? I'm doing the all fruit and veggie diet I dunno what else to do.

my lliver felt very clogged but I don't see any jaundice but I just felt like everything is stuck inside me I'm going crazy..

I dosed 1mg klonopin 2 weeks ago. And 4mg Valium 3 days ago. I just couldn't take it anymore but now I'm worse and dunno if I should take more Valium I think k I need to. And go slower. But I assume I can't just take a full dose overnight. I don't have access to more pills either so I'm very scared .

Taking if1 and I just have some 2 year old if ultra I'm using. Castor pack
Light flush. Coffrr enemas. Need to find some milk thistle seed powder
