Ive been on Lugols for the past 2 months and I'm currently at 48 drops/day of 5% Lugols for the past week (132 mg of elemental I2). I plan on upping it every week until I reach 80 drops and then stay there for a week (220 mg I2). I plan to stay at ~300 mg total (KI/i2) for 6 months and then have my I2 saturation and bromide levels tested.

I'm also considering adding some SSKI to the Lugols also.
