read more about Gerson Therapy - it was german doctor Max Gerson who practiced in the US and came up with a very effective way how to heal his patients from cancer and possibly other diseases. One of his main strategy was using coffee enemas, in the beginning when people were really very sick he even recommended taking it every hour until they'd feel a bit better - coffee taken as an enema works on the liver in the way that the liver wants to expell toxins, stimulates the liver in the way it expels all kind of things faster, don't know how they say it "scientifically", but that is a basic principle

it's not the same as when you drink coffee, because there are some "things -chemical or metabolic system-relevant, I don't know exactly, but when you drink it it does not act on the liver in that way, but as you know when you drink coffee, it also gives you an overall "boost" and does something to your body in different ways

somewhere hopefully this is fully explained, but if you only look at your own experiences with coffee, then you must know what it does and that it must be beneficial because it's also antioxidant

also, I read somewhere that the light blend is better, it has more coffeine in it so works better especially for coffee enemas
