Got my period last night...
Usually I experience no discomfort... this time it is VERY uncomfortable..
I just wanna stay in bed.. and probably will!
I stayed in bed yesterday as well.. but is seems I feel worse just lying/sitting around than if I go out for a movie a drive or a walk....
Rebounding 10 min also makes me feel better...
I have peeling lips.. not enough water Im sure...
I have lost 13 pounds in 11 days.. from 130 to 117... I am 5'8" and concerned that I will be down to 100-110 by the time I reach 30 days.....
Thoughts?
Last 21 day I did I got down to 113...
I need to fast that long or longer to try to autolyze my tumour... but I am disliking the fact that I will lose my hard earned muscle as well.....
My ribs are popping out as are my shoulder blades and hip bones... to be expected...
I can see the swelling in my belly caused by the tumour, otherwise it is concave...
Most of all I am sooo bored!!!
