Hi

- Apply this thick EUCALYPTUS HONEY on your lips as often as possible. Especially before going to sleep and before going out.

It will reduce the crust building up process to its minimal.


- It's also important tu brush your teeth + gums very often (3 to 5 times /day in my case) I use a natural toothpaste (Vademecum Homeophytol).
