All that fat probably caused a sudden release of bile that pushed out debris. Remember long periods of low fat or no fat diets reduce bile production and eventually lead to liver congestion and other digestive problems. By the way, the diarrhea was probably caused by the high fat breakfast too. It will take a little time for your body to adjust and for you to determine howmuch fat you need for a healthy balanced diet.
