Great.

I change my zinc supps 4th in last two months, cuz i use one who not available anymore, please do not belive numbers on supps :)

But mostly 15mg is 15mg, i take 5x3, last year use 2x10 - big mistake, cuz i have Copper/Zinc ratio good in daily basis no every meal like now.

Homeostatic balance in every meal and Blood Type Diet are far more important then high blood Sugar or low carb diet or high carb diet.

p.s. do not mix fat and carbs in one meal.
