Thanks Onedaysoon or recommending Onwards and I for good info.

I have been diagnosed with Auto-Immune Addison's disease. Was place on hydrocortisone by conventional Dr's .

I am very thankful for find NB. Most people suffer from mineral deficiency. How we get there is with poor diet, stress and Amalgam fillings(silver) ect...

When we loss these minerals, the body replaces it with heavy metals. Copper, lead, mercury, aluminum. I am very toxic with aluminum.. I am doing NB(nutritional balancing)read. I was at 95% healed. I took a break from NB and I thought I could healrest of the way by myself..wrong. I need to keep replecaing the correct minerals with diet and supplement to get ride of the heavy metals..to heal 100%. Glad to be back on.

I was very ill when I began NB. I was on 30-50 mg of hydrocortisone, 1 mg fludrocortisone(nasty feeling) and on 125 mg of Synthroid for hypothyroidism. I am on 10 mg daily of hydrocortisone daily (for the most part)...***will explain .

Off fludrocortisone and Synthroid. No longer in need of.

*** I crashed last night and today. I called my practitioner and she did explain that I am re-tracing some old health issues while detoxing these heavy metal. I did need to up my dosage(hydrocortisone for today...I will take day by day and when I am done with this detoxing I will lower my dose.
