Honestly, I would read them all from the beginning. You will get a good education that way and be able to read about what others on this site have been through as well.

He has so many good articles I would read all you can. He has a basic diet plan as well. Cutting out refined foods is a really good start, but one week is not going to cure you of your symptoms. A minimum of two years on NB is recommended for most. Sometimes longer. But you are doing your body a favor by taking care of it naturally. A hair analysis would be so important but even the basic suggestions he has are going to help you out.

Again, I would be very careful about going the T3 route. A diet high in vegetables and proteins will probably be very good for you. Dr Wilson also recommends some basic digestive aids and supplements on his site. The hair test is only $60 though and I really think it's worth it. Plan on about $100-$150 for your first consult.
