I've been a heavy, and I mean heavy drinker of Mt Dew for the past 10+ years (more like 15+, since forever). I never knew what "brominated veggie oil" was, boy did I pay the price.

I've developed ADHD symptoms, become anti-social, angry and a severely short temper.

I'm at 2 months of Iodine supplementation and the wife and I have already noticed a great improvement in the above issues. Mt. Dew is the devil in my eyes! So, I wholeheartedly feel that Iodine supplementation could have prevented this tragedy.
