Hi.

You are in what seems to be a nice place surrounded by nature, trees and LIFE.
I assume your state of mind and feelings there are full of energy and LIFE.
To go downstairs means to go to a deeper level, there you can see all what is deep in the ocean, which means to give a deeper look at your life. You are astonished by the colors which seem to be nice for you, but you get scared off all you are able to see. You mention the narwhal (which is powerful big animal).
Probably you got scared because it is sometimes hard to see things in a deep lever and confront things that we might not like.
The narwhal might represent a person or a state of mind that might have a lot of power in your subconscious.
