yeah sure ill pm you ... I think i just took 20mg/kg ... And i think im starting to feel the die off just now, so i took some milk thistle and its a bit better ...

If the die off gets really bad, do you think its a good idea to have a bit of vodka ? Just to numb yourself a bit ?
