Oil Pulling has cured my boyfriends breath odor at nighttime and his Arthritis thumb. For me it has cured the Arthritis in my middle finger after almost a week of pulling. It has also made our teeth whiter after couple of days already (unfortunately i'm a smoker and i'm having a hard time quitting). The first two days VERY tired so that i couldn't even sit up straight without falling asleep. Then after that still a little bit tired but overall clearer in my head and more energy. One thing i do not like is a loss of appetite. I'm already thin and don't want to loose more weight but then i'll wait for further results. Will keep doing this because i love the thought of not too many bacteria in my mouth and bloodstream. I pull with organic sesame oil and just today bought some organic coconut oil. Think i'll stick to sesame and use the coconut for my body as a moisturizer. Thank You for all the great tips and stories. I love OP-ing and love reading of other peoples experiences. More experiences are very welcome
