MH, yup I can definately say I feel it. But its been 80 hours now. I fasted six days before my ist one and was on day 7 of the OJ when taking this one.

I will break my fast and see. This fast is incredible. I can feel the body revitalizing. So I definately intend to go back on the fast again when done with the sputnik. Its a shame I lost the other one.
