Could you please tell me how long one would have to take 2 tsp twice per day AFTER the blood pressure is normalized?

Do you think this is something one would have to take until the blood pressure is good and then monitor until it rises and begin taking again?

Also do you know if the Nigella Sativa has alcohol it it?

It is a Saturday night or I would call them to ask about the alcohol.
