Greetings guys!

Very new to this forum and I would like to pick some of your brains, especially those 'seasoned' liver cleansers.

Firstly, I had done 4-5 Liver Cleanses already with small mostly pea sized stones each time coming out. After the 5th cleanse, I was forced to take a break as I got onto a extremely stressful project, eating bad food at odd hours, and didn't have time to do any cleanses then.

Immediately after the project, I started getting bum itch and subsequently haemorrhoids and bleeding from my rectum.

I was wondering if it would be advisable for me to do a liver cleanse even though I have haemorrhoids, and if the anal flatulence/turbulence will upset the haemorrhoids even more?

Also, one thing I noticed after the past few Liver Cleanses was that my liver movement started to become more noticeable, especially after each cleanse. There were many times when I could feel the right globe of the liver pulse slightly, and sometimes with stronger movements after a somewhat oilier meal. Is that normal?

Lastly, during the last 5 cleanses, the Epsom Salts didn't really work immediately and I only went to the toilet peeing out of my bum mostly in the morning after the OO (Olive-Oil) + GF night session. I have heard great things with Colosan and I was wondering if we could mix both of them together or will it cause overkill cleansing syndrome?

I have been thinking of doing Epsom Salts at 6 & 8pm at night before the OO (Olive-Oil) + GF and colosan at 6 & 8 in the morning. Has anyone tried that before?

Thanks for your time!

Miles of smiles,
Jimbo
