Good video, yes, quite inspiring!

although I've known quite a few raw fooders in my time, and despite eating that 'perfect' diet
many of them didn't look that great for their age. Could be protein deficiency. David Wolfe seems to have it right. The supplements he recommends are probably needed to maintain the youthful glow as we get older. Jon Barron is a good example also.
