A couple of things to add to that 3 year old post of mine.

All copper from organic plants is chelated to sulfur. All copper from non sulfur plants, polluted by chemical fertilizers which break the sulfur cycle, is bound to an amino or toxic..

Super oxidizers are delivered daily, so low dose NAC or even Sustained release NAC broken into smaller dosage seems best. While I was looking for that original link I ran into other studies using NAC on the HTMV cancers that is shared between humans and mice.
In it they even pointed to the two chlorides of Hg as a culprit, both have been known to homeopathy for over a century:
