I dunno about taking a vitamin...
it won't have any sugar...
So.. I have no opinion on that..

but the lemon should be fine...
ppl do The Master Cleanse for weeks!!

I have done a few master cleanses - 10 -15 -20 days a LONG time ago
I was able to work and was fine....

More like a Sugar rush.... but it did break my fat and retain my muscle.....
