I would like to share a very empowering book my wife introduced me to called, “Katrina’s Recovery” by Katrina Starzhynskaya about one woman’s journey to health from Lyme Disease and other “invisible” illnesses.If you or someone you know
is going through Lyme Disease or other “mysterious illnesses” no one has been able to diagnose, I highly encourage you to read this book full of options for body mind and spirit.There were treatment options in this book that I never even heard of and I am grateful that one person was courageous enough to bring these therapies forward so that others can learn- patients and doctors alike.
