Much need info PM! I have been dealing with hives and digestive issues for over ten years. Your post has tuned me in to a possible culprit ' sulfur". I have been on prednisone for about a month to reduce the inflammation and hives. After I ate lunch today within 10 minutes I began to get hives even while on the meds. My meals up until that point was coffee, eggs and potato hash at breakfast. Then for lunch I had Kale, lamb and a lot of pineapple. I also took my blood pressure meds which is a sulfa drug, "linsinopril". I will focus on the sulfur foods and see what happens. thanks
