I just pop the clove in the corner of my mouth (don't let it touch the tongue), chew it up really good, and wash it down with water.

I cringe every time.

Apparently the Antibiotic garlic contains (allicin) is deactivated by molecular oxygen in the air. The faster you down it the less time it has to deactivate.
