That's what I use too. However, I have gotten so much worse; it feels like it's nearly over but the crying. Holy Mackeroly. I made the connection that I had become even worse than before - the same 7 months I've been taking lots of magnesium - with Newport's comment. "Be prepared to do battle if you're going to supplement with magnesium". Haven't taken it in 3 days since I read that. Now no sleep again, but pain & everything else hasn't eased up at all. Oy vey. . . . . . Thanks for the links.
