I have had edema in my right hand for some time, but it has gotten worse in the past few days. I have reduced my salt consumption, already drink very little water and if I drink more than I do it comes out not long after as clear urine. I also take diuretic herbs, but this doesn't fix the underlying issue.

The hand is swollen up and I can't close it completely. The skin around my nails is round, has lifted from the nails and there is a white powder. There are dark red bruises next to the tips of two fingers. I also have dry skin, peeling lips and severe constipation.

What can I do to solve this problem?
