No, my MS symptoms are all gone. That is why I really believe that finding that balance in pH is so important. My doctor has always been curious....but I just tell him that I learned how to get more oxygen to my body.

I was like you and started trying Iodine but I was so needy for alkaline minerals that I had a very bad reaction to it. Once I got my reserves up, I had no problem taking iodine.

Of course that was years ago and I no longer take iodine, but I do take kelp capsules that I fill myself. I have been doing this since 2007 and I'm doing great.

I just like to compare notes to see what others are doing to find success. Glad to find someone else that is.
