Oh my goodness, are you still having M.S. symptoms. I have so often seen stuff on the net, I think recently on Youtube with the Longevity Conference, and/or with Dr. Mercola & another doctor, about how to fight that, but I don't remember what I heard since it's not my particular problem area.

My alkaline readings have been by the book. If I eat green veggies & not too much milk meat or pastry, then the little paper is green. If I leave out the veggies, back to 6.5, or yellow, again. Now I have to remember to eat veggies even if the alkalinity seems fine, but then I am "eating" kelp tablets.
