-I do agree with grz here; There are different needs today compared to 20-40-60 years ago.

Besides, no one knows it all.

We would all like to, but we are no health Messiah, none of us.

Seneff is a great doc, well; if I may say so; to be a doc.
Same with Ray Peat.
Both have articles that have inspired and enlightened me
Even if none of them approve Iodine over 150 mcg.

I have found some sites, docs, people at these forums etc to know more than others. Of which I am eternally grateful. As it moved me forward to a better health.

PS I believe the Iodine adventure has just began. One of the kids I gave iodine 3-4 years ago is now 18; heading to be a doc. Still doing the brown stuff.

- My own son will probably end up in some Science related work one day.

Many of you have made an inpact on people around you. Thats how it all start.
