this time we know better not to repress my mother's symptom (by surgery or antibiotics)... my mother committed to taking the L/G tea and the olive leaf tea.. to help clear the cysts and eczema once and for all... not 100% Book 1 perfect diet though...

I just realized that a few months back it seems I suffered the worst series of tonsilitis....I was probably retracing then as well.. was so glad that for each of the tonsilitis attack, I wwas able to overcome it wwithout resulting to taking strong antibiotics ( even for the fever.. I tried relieving it via steam bath and hot/cold compresses.. and lots of wwater and fruit juice..
