That does make alot of sense, Klauss. I started having to use Vitamin A suppositories to treat a cervical issue about a week ago, and I noticed that I have been sleeping a bit better. Like you said, deep sleep until about 4 am, wake up to use the bathroom, but then able to fall back asleep right away. It usually takes me an hour to fall back asleep again.
