I've already ordered some bio identical progesterone called Progon-B, but I'm worried now that I may have ordered the wrong one (the one I got is from modernherbalist), as I'm always so flustered and panicky I find it difficult to think before I purchase.

The thing about progesterone, even bio identical, is the side effects. I'm gaining weight pretty rapidly despite diligently healthy eating and exercising (that is, when I'm not too tired or weak to exercise)and I'm terrified that progesterone will further complicate my weight loss efforts.

I'm very cautious about taking iodine. Aren't you meant to avoid it if you have Hashi's?
