I've explained everything I'm doing (and there's a lot) in various posts. In addition, I'm putting a thin film of healing oils on the dental floss I use, such as tea tree.

The new thing I'm doing that seems to be putting the dot on the "i" is the protocol described by Aajonis Vonderplanitz. There's a lot about his protocols online and on youtube. The "Youtube Debunk" says he is like Atkins and advocates eating mostly animal products. His book is much more differentiated however, and he does talk about alkalizing and the foods used to do this.

I've been struggling for several years, with no success in spite of planning twice. I will not go in for planning again, or use Antibiotics . I always have more problems after visiting a dentist's office, I think because of mercury in the air. All the radiographs were toxic as well. I began experimenting with UT last September and my mouth is stable and I'm mostly pain free.
