Causes of Candida Infections

(Read it an weep)--http://www.altichealthprevention.com/fight-chronic-diseases/candida-infection_causes.htm

Main Common Cause of Candida Yeast Infections: Acidosis

"Candida albicans is a yeast-like fungal organism found in small amount in the normal human intestinal tract. It is normally kept in balance by the body's own beneficial bacteria. But in case of body acidosis this balance is disturbed as the overly-acidic body favors the overgrowth of C. albicans. That leads to candidiasis, a recurrent infection also called fungal overgrowth, Candida yeast infections or fungal infections.

Acidosis or body over-acidity itself is caused by either of the following conditions:
Our modern lifestyle: an overly-acidic diet, a lack of physical activities and a too stressful life.
Some health conditions that lead to an overly-acidic body pH such as diabetes, lung fibrosis or any other respiratory insufficiency that reduces body oxygen and/or increases blood carbon dioxide.
Candida yeast infection itself intensifies acidosis.
