You're welcome. It looks as though the very best might the fermented cod liver oil, but it seems expensive. On the other hand, if one wants to be truly healthy in the world, (or more importantly, perhaps, to heal from years of not so good health), it might just be the most worthwhile thing out there, besides a nutrient-dense plant-based lifestyle. According to what I've been reading about it, combined with "butter oil", or just eating some organic butter, the effects are doubled...

I'm waiting to hear what Chris says. I'd like to get his input. Basically, I don't feel like just wasting money on a so-so supplement, that doesn't do much. And I don't really want to be taking lanolin. (as one common source.) It strikes me that the body does do better with real food! despite what many people think. :-) As someone who's experienced the wellness effects of fermented foods like home made kimchi and kombucha I'm thinking the fermented (which is the way it was done before the industrial age of supplements) must have a range of co-factors that make it valuable. And that seems to be the theory--

all the best with your healing
