Yes, $460 is alot of money, but just compare that to the cost of going to one of the health spas. Those who use natural methods can cost MEGA bucks. It's not a bad idea to write him. Send an e-mail to his blog site. You probably would have a better chance of getting an answer that way. Also check out some of the recent blogs, like the one of how to take herbs.
But do read the book your questions just might be answered in there.
