I'll have to try out the salt water and supplements.For the hair analysis,i will have to hold off on that until i get some extra money to have it done.My guess is that i'm probably low on a lot of things.I have tried a coffee enema before,so i'm gonna see if i can get back into that as well.Thanks for the help.
