I think you could be onto something Klauss. Most of things that increase the quantity or quality of serotonine that I have taken have made me have symptoms of serotonine overload, hence I think I do have high serotonin.

I take a glass of carrot juice daily, would this be vit A enough?

This will be soon cleared, as I am gonna have a whole battery of tests in a few months with the DAN doctor and serotonine will be checked too.
